Day 15 – Learning to Stay

Day 15 – Learning to Stay

Many people know how to begin. Few know how to stay. Staying does not mean stagnation; it means remaining present when novelty fades and effort becomes quiet. Today speaks to endurance—not dramatic persistence, but the simple decision not to abandon yourself halfway.

There are moments when progress feels invisible. No clear results, no recognition, no internal excitement. This is usually the point where people leave—relationships, projects, intentions. Not because they are wrong, but because they require patience.

Staying is an act of trust. Trust that something is forming beneath the surface. Trust that growth is not always loud. When you stay, you allow depth to replace speed.

Today does not ask you to push forward. It asks you not to withdraw.
